Interview 1: by manager and technical leader" C. }; ?& _) z' e
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
) w. [0 ?5 q% Q-Other questions:4 L/ y1 r6 e# w! ` X; f
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

& W+ g7 w7 G' |. ?! [4 Y+ B/ bFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.6 s! Q$ `/ j) n) g! S

# d( X: i7 E2 p! D1 h/ y! ZThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

, A( M5 ~3 D0 V5 j6 x( UOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

' s% c# o" W9 h; fHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.- P; w! {& h: O4 K+ I

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).# H, l2 P$ v* A% N$ z

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.3 N# ?& T! d9 b' M( H+ Q% s; i* G6 t

One hour later, I got a reject email!0 N6 ^0 v% t6 G {9 \7 ^; r5 X# k

% i0 \! F" I6 F) T9 a( y( W1 WPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
