Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

+ X ?4 v; ]5 E5 g: CFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.7 b6 O- G9 G7 ?+ H

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

* U! w1 @- a" ]: @- LOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.3 a2 [; ~# X$ m7 y, v" w
! E( v+ c0 O, v; [- RHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.& w: n A: [! E0 m% S

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

3 Y) O: l3 n& `1 fHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.. g/ u2 Z: ~; L3 `

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
