-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.; i2 b2 E1 ?; t6 K' n: v G/ ]3 `

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).9 H9 S8 w. f+ C& N

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.0 k8 j H2 Y! {+ q

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR ( D# q5 }: V0 U- T6 L3 }, G

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

3 A7 l: }/ Y! I# v9 {% KHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.4 \& U& z2 H5 ?& W5 H7 T# D9 D

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).2 a7 A+ x0 J, l) L0 o9 V
* |$ s! Y* w' \% p x2 A" K* LHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
