Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
: V* C" @2 }9 ]: `$ Q2 t- g; ]1 Y-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok." R# ?4 \" i5 f* `- T4 U! o' N

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress., b# e! A. A( p6 Z1 e/ |

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

9 D( v6 R% h4 h& \% A) s4 aThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.$ \, a5 F" h4 s- j& o

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.; L/ s g4 Y/ F# x* L+ q& Y
- l. J( P/ C# L# R+ @HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company., v0 w: t! S# f, F. U: E7 I( A

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).8 k4 u1 K( t% t" m
+ F% k7 Q% @. U9 gHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!; U! ?6 ? s, h" C# }* q1 m. w$ Q
