# i0 Q" `) _( x+ ?) rPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required / T5 k. ^4 E) Z7 ]/ x1 ~
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.6 y4 G8 w! ]9 o; Q- P

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

Minimum Qualifications
