Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
! A3 \% ]$ N; w! K) }6 ADon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
+ }1 x2 F  b! D: c% `$ vI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
