Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

' T% b- J) Y* s8 x. j8 H- }' W: xand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
3 T( Y) [4 e1 t2 M$ W+ L6 r0 `That unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
2 R; b4 z+ C7 PI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
