4 [' {' m& }* M+ \4 A) l/ lNEWLISTING 500,估计全月并不会比上月少，但为什么存货反而减少，我个人认为是因为一般卖CONDO的人2个月卖不出去，
他们就会改暂时出租，而现在想租出去还是很容易的。这也是CONDO不好还价的原因。本身负担就不重，还有出租的选择——为什么要贱卖呢。

房价每尺从293暴跌到266，跌幅达到9%以上。

# m/ q1 i4 X. [" \由于价格暴跌，想拣便宜货的出手，挑选的是面积较大户型。成交的平均面积从上月的853尺，上升到977尺。估计是自住或者长线投资出租的。想短线炒房的都挑小户型期房，估计现在不大出手了。
