" z, v* p6 }5 K9 r# |0 v3 \JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

; t# F* I$ ~* c- @/ r& I# } DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 U% h6 b# y. y7 e4 d; @+ Q1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
9 |9 x1 O* [. `5 [3 Y, Q! ]' I+ p
4 ^+ m. q3 x4 q: E4 _1 D2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

" k3 c0 D9 G: H. \" s; n3 \4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

  {! {( @/ x8 S5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

4 y. A" T/ x6 C( `" q1 N6 |QUALIFICATIONS:
- P* A/ s3 c4 V6 _1 g
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

  m+ c$ Y& R& g7 ]2) Cashier experience.
. ?5 a# `) }( e- K  w
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; i+ w! W% y# O  X) z
9 l* {4 d" p2 c7 n: D4 V/ _8 s4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
