JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ R: t: m: k# h0 {/ ?. p: A1 V: u
& ^; w7 H' P3 B) p+ ]1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
( k! v$ Q; a8 o3 p2 f; e
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
' g  i/ U) Y5 b$ L2 R7 d
) l6 I! l% M1 i1 e6 u3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
# X  o8 d" O5 e  G9 F
) w8 C# n7 @' H/ s- w4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

* W- W: {4 M# [- ^0 t1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

5 ^) d: a; Q8 ~. p  x: a( l. V2) Cashier experience.

4 X; C+ D! j+ L3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
8 ~# {( ~, w. K; p! B
: R$ O6 J' _, m# g& {4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
