4 h. g9 Z/ @- D- N) EJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

- x( j1 B, c! B! \ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

! s' d2 w- ]) N, w: ]$ g1 k1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

( q: o5 i7 K$ t3 p8 V+ R, l  X1 S2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

# a, V1 F% H/ N# j- X4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

% m  G- ]' z% T1 J: d+ M" z5) Serve as cashier when required.

7 O2 \1 ~* A. p; {' r  ?
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

6 F3 x! f5 {, \0 q: n, B$ }2) Cashier experience.
5 ?& p9 |7 `: y+ g. s4 ^) }* H6 ~% R
- k, U/ u$ e$ [/ c+ W- ~7 b3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

/ c7 f( P! t, Z3 t5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
