  @5 H; Y/ u2 W6 \0 R( g5 A1 pJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

8 L7 r: J. C& g% I3 F8 n+ g DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  ~, A% r. {) q) i( U; L1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

0 f% i/ ?+ ?5 N, R1 e; r6 K2 k2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

# X" Z' B! R* Z4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

' n+ ~. P5 U. \: T( Y5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

/ V& R. v/ f& r9 k( q# VQUALIFICATIONS:

" j: b* n" H  j/ R+ ~9 {1 Y$ T" s1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
" N8 C$ V" k8 y, |' [# }2 x' m
2 }) a5 o: B$ c) w/ E* M5 r2) Cashier experience.
7 b# H9 W* \/ f* A; L
; S' G8 D# ]# l. [8 ?2 i3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
7 l& k* ^) E+ U2 ]. ~4 ^# o( O
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
