After I settled down in Edmonton, I celebrated Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Remembrance Day. All of them arevery interesting to me, but I have to say that the most enjoyable holiday is Halloween.+ ~ |( k! Q- s! H
My teacher told me I should prepare candies, and many children would come to my home and ask for them. So, I bought many candies from Zellers and Safeway. When I got back home with the candies, my wife told me that there were not enough, so I went to Safeway again and bought more.

Chun Yuan, a Chinese girl, cooked some bouilli which tasted very delicious. Of course my wife cooked the best food because they were all cleared off all gone.% j2 z1 J( q I' V
After lunch, we had a party in the student center. Many students put make up on their faces and wore some strange clothingcostume. They were singing and dancing there. What a happy day!9 p8 t% D! S5 b; y, Q. v
