' P7 r# D# [4 ^1 I* ]) Z1 kMy teacher told me I should prepare candies, and many children would come to my home and ask for them. So, I bought many candies from Zellers and Safeway. When I got back home with the candies, my wife told me that there were not enough, so I went to Safeway again and bought more.; c; g' r3 p- `5 ^
My child was shy and didn’t speak much English, so I taught her how to shout “Trick or Treat”. After two days of training, she is perfect at shouting “Trick or Treat” . , O- g8 F3 k+ j# a( v2 k
October 31st is Halloween. I got up very early that day. My wife prepared chicken which I was going to bring to class for a potluck. My child was very happy because she had already been waitingfor this day for a long time.9 V8 }( |8 \$ H5 _
In the afternoon, we had a potluck in the class. Yuong Sook, a Korean girl, made some sushi which looked very beautiful. Chun Yuan, a Chinese girl, cooked some bouilli which tasted very delicious. Of course my wife cooked the best food because they were all cleared off all gone., y) d" }5 f! P2 j1 S
After lunch, we had a party in the student center. Many students put make up on their faces and wore some strange clothingcostume. They were singing and dancing there. What a happy day!) b1 t1 W/ @4 u- m- Y

To my surprise, only three children came to my home, and I was left with many unclaimedcandies. And, one hour later, my child came back with a full bag. “Dad,” She said, “My bag is full. I have many candies now. What an interesting day!”
