a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
  \7 B( G% F( Ab) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
8 X$ _6 o( W: n. ]1 b" |c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
% y/ h/ _" R& W1 q, J. Vd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

4 ]' f2 s0 S5 R9 _# VPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 Q0 A  x2 Q+ x1 N  C4 |& \) p6 }Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, J: c8 I% f8 b5 o8 @The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 y. K! w- k& T* C% z8 X/ e$ m(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
