a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
/ G$ K, C) ]8 J( d' I4 i- Oc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" f$ n& V; V3 z- S9 zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
# }$ l. _1 p$ z8 z5 f  g8 P/ Nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( [7 K* |# D' c  R) Ointegrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 z1 g; W: ^. O1 f/ N9 S  ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) q3 [$ K+ g) _(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
