申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( {6 s$ \% h2 ^! k; C2 WPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 P6 |* l+ z7 H! d* gintegrated system/circuit design.

/ l3 Z* l% a% b& oThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ P" O9 F' M+ m! z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ _# s% m* Q1 p$ A5 ?$ \/ z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 Z9 H5 Y: W9 ~1 {! F5 K(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
