b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
$ j3 C  [1 G2 w& l' \( ]! ?c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
* @% _1 f5 j# C  m" _- A0 f+ pe) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships
" n& s1 q; M8 I) l) N, W1 q
Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! P# l" G' a0 j+ ?4 b+ XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 w: F$ v) S$ f, F3 P9 j  Z: V(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ J+ C" u  z& |8 @) p(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
' v+ _3 ^/ A% U! {(e) A good team work player.
