a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
3 a& n0 t) g2 x; [2 \c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 a% H1 Z0 g3 S3 y; O  V! l" h! _7 {enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& X6 d" m0 E* O% oPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 t" R  L: P, U: ^. P! Y* tintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ |1 ]. P7 _- ]4 }" f; k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: R& c, D$ T6 ^  y1 f" k3 ]4 n. a(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
