研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

( F# n! y$ Z* K  n3 ePh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ @+ N$ L$ g! @3 j: w6 K& v" h6 Denthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; N' w% G; [: t& B% xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
! Y8 x+ @1 E% L# b3 w& {# Z2 j# }integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( ]  u/ L: I. d2 j3 F" C) t* S& I(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" I2 ]% I; s1 k7 `5 L: e(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ J/ P. n7 W- u: {' x(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& n2 C6 t% |; Q; Y/ R+ R# r' I(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
