申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
9 K( U  o: A; s$ D1 Q7 Z1 ]& E5 A0 fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  M: ^! a  ]) B* V) J8 O" tPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

$ l1 u7 ^# F/ ?2 _The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. \9 X$ e! @1 T. g4 F! S(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
5 X1 L4 v' z. g/ v& C(e) A good team work player.
