a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) o- n# X! u4 \8 b2 T7 t2 B6 ^enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
3 y0 [; q( p" \" sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
4 ]. T" C! q3 }' I( a; NPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" l8 v" s7 F+ z+ C& l' \integrated system/circuit design.

" e3 ~4 \" \7 A0 L) f, u& m9 R8 EThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) X+ c; T) I8 Z4 q2 Z(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
