a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ N. f7 N! j; renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
! V3 ^4 N) U. ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% N& o# F* A& a" w7 ?% Nintegrated system/circuit design.
$ r1 E: ?, c5 H9 e9 J: n) h
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 {; W* [7 i* f5 J: q(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
