申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

$ u+ i3 \9 ~/ U% wPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) k! O: f  W  n( h/ G' E: C& Aand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: m3 X7 j5 w; [: SPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& a/ S0 T4 I2 A* x& s+ V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
2 G4 j# h1 Q& ~% l" q(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
