申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

  }0 Z3 ?7 ^# a6 {The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 u/ l. Q0 M; E2 o5 d(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ x2 A0 R  Z# I, a2 i8 t. [(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% ^% s% q, g7 H5 o' @1 u(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
  ^3 a( V6 A) l" e0 f(e) A good team work player.
