b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

% L# E* H1 e' {+ rPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 i; R. _+ `% `! Y) ]Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

: M% p. k9 }6 D% {9 vThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! v; z) F$ f# N3 _# P; q: a(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  n+ T5 P4 r+ ]/ F3 S  \(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
