b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

1 K2 x1 q" ]) HPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 G, z7 J6 o* ]- X$ `- Y" JPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  |8 O# l: T- h# ]integrated system/circuit design.

: n- m! Y9 L, h$ x3 X+ R7 ~- h5 xThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  S& o+ ]" ?0 E; Z" x1 l(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
, g% U$ l" k6 q- A9 Y" v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 O5 ~1 N: ^$ G9 r+ G# a* O(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
' p: O" V+ e2 g/ w(e) A good team work player.
