申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 W$ }( p2 \+ _' \& c7 ^enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- u) J+ I% M' F: i1 y2 z: l) E# v8 ]! `and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% u7 I2 r2 B% h% v6 |* Mintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 ~! a% |- C( @4 @/ l1 I. B5 p6 g(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
