研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
# _* g* g' U2 L! Qa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
) D' P4 P3 d3 X5 td) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 ~0 ?( o! y4 ]9 eenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; S6 o/ ^& N% G0 j. H8 o3 p- nand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
+ {" Z1 I- Z! a3 L+ K* k  E" [8 |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
2 C; G8 U" T  g5 o* Q% ~% O(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 g. Q. |. f+ M4 T% _(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
