Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
* z% Z7 }- N. C8 m! r" i) Penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* [: A; u4 A) Kand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
1 F: {$ Z7 ?7 i/ n) Z7 n' `: Iintegrated system/circuit design.

( f/ V4 G) L1 f) }, l. wThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' @, @# D' \  W* Z: Q2 K(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% n4 ~1 |$ L4 V' d( ]! S(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( e6 X- E( \- w* M! m(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
