The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" H6 q% Q" R+ z( E0 s) k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.! l2 r8 S: K2 h; O; a" p
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.# l4 b. K4 t) X" L5 @
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
