a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
7 Z4 \( T' A: J$ ?7 m! qc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

8 S" A8 K& F3 gPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 F( Q9 E' v6 Wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 r0 f. W0 m0 c5 [, F. H3 dintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
& _3 i& b9 e# p' D$ U" n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" e. o  X, |7 p0 W7 Y* i(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
+ c1 l1 G. n2 H& O! [$ f(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
