申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

4 A0 c8 \/ H8 {. F9 I0 l. rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' u" ^, o' V# M/ S5 `enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( B$ ~- n  |9 t8 l4 gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
. E* B) U6 A# @3 N( [/ Dintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' J( a" e7 b7 e! f" a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 K& h8 S+ D; r( w: Q+ C! [(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
