申请者应满足如下条件:
# k4 o4 q/ V+ ?a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
6 E# C+ F6 _) bd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

3 n- P  H1 u" P: |9 B3 S/ K! EPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 y# z3 z& W* r/ Qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

! q  _3 d) Q# s' C( f4 HThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! \  r3 l1 q  c/ s% A(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
- l& }) Z1 k! z) s, C9 p, o(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
