Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:

(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.& f, d! R8 p5 u. r8 b
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).- Q( I8 T0 Q- t) q
