申请者应满足如下条件:
7 g/ W* U: I& C! `( ?3 U' j9 _a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
$ x5 w: q) w0 n; r/ F1 l7 H# qb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
" d5 O# y1 }3 e% @% \; Dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

. H' M2 h: X% d4 s8 b0 ~Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: H0 j4 t2 U" W2 a, M0 kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

7 B4 v. D: g1 n* U) OThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; m! s+ B- U8 x4 S, k: i+ R/ h(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
