* }' Z8 w. P5 h. s+ x) v5 `/ p# za) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
2 C( a2 r" n2 ~/ ^2 Ud) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ j. B) a( r, v* e4 A* e6 L& t5 @% Q3 kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& U7 Y: X1 ~  j) A  B& ?and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# Y- ~" J" z4 v# |Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
