申请者应满足如下条件:
' v7 n" U7 H6 q( Ba) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
: y3 }. d7 d( e" L1 A8 ]b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
0 m& N7 `4 d+ qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
: J7 o( x* e8 W3 {+ me) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

& w' b+ \/ U7 N% W+ xPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
* d# M7 O, \6 v- _  D: kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 z* G& Q) i$ yintegrated system/circuit design.

& v9 R) O' ~3 L" E1 b0 zThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
( W* z, b$ J. C& @(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
0 H; Z2 r4 \7 C1 h(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
