c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
& a* w/ A5 y! K. nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- K, E# t6 w. ~- A* F0 |' qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
' ~+ C: ]' q; t3 w/ G: k5 ~: U* r& Yand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
( S# h. R, [- m- {! |/ @$ Y) Fintegrated system/circuit design.

& x) g+ f  `4 [+ e* ?" Z& IThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
" B3 Q/ ?+ l" I! B* J1 h4 a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
* ]& s! ^  N" i+ f* Z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) ]$ J+ u, _* _, e# U3 J. R8 V3 T! n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
