申请者应满足如下条件:
. A" p: g2 K% I& i/ G& O8 v/ Ca) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 W7 N6 b* A, I- q+ |+ s  ]c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

! V2 U7 ]9 D. o/ IPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' g' o3 ]! y% m- H. T( n+ lenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# Y0 g* e1 O8 I2 u0 a, J8 N! U& _integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
7 R9 ?% m2 C8 m/ V8 |(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) K) [5 O5 K" M  n(e) A good team work player.
