Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ Q  L) F0 s7 k# E) m1 D) [enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 [- o" x- p1 o- lPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
! M' d7 _$ M7 d9 l% d8 @! [7 ~* l6 bintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
% d0 K! b* G# d2 n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
0 p: Q4 o- S5 q4 z' J) V( }(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) H, b4 [. v: q) O$ i. |$ m' Z(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
