申请者应满足如下条件:
5 a! w2 Q; s% K4 T' M8 D! Pa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 o2 m- H' j: m8 Gc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

3 v( |3 i2 h% _" O- g# TPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& d% s* _- P" m; G, U0 ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
" p* A" b6 p% X) _! mPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

; Z( b9 B* M/ D) p' m5 d5 bThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 b- ]; b$ R9 I' A( L) w(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
, @3 I/ [/ G+ M& s; A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ l' d, E3 L$ Z' |* Y) V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
0 A; r  \7 `. V, ?6 t(e) A good team work player.
