b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
3 c* r' t, A2 G8 ]c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
8 H9 c  q. k2 h, e0 n: Xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) o, J' @5 M; I( n  e1 y- ~$ s3 cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
8 O# [$ X0 b- v) U; {integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
$ l9 o; I0 g4 q2 q4 ^+ R(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
- F- a) o+ ?& a8 M# E7 j- I' ^3 j(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  B" {  H3 z, v" O$ v7 O5 Q(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
