研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
) I; l8 a: B5 ]: Db) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
, R) ]: T7 h8 _1 P% Y$ senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
6 o7 G" L: k; H5 oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 p4 ?. g/ E0 ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
1 g6 P! b. l1 v$ Lintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 ?- h0 x/ e5 i(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
' r* t" ]+ {: _, K(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
