研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
6 t; l6 I& C6 Q3 U, [4 r0 ?a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

我们欢迎有兴趣和意向者提出申请，对录取者提供全额奖学金。申请者需准备一份详细完整

& ]9 `. K4 s2 ]  {' ZPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
) U, y/ m! t$ j! f9 XPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% V% n0 ?# i" p) Y& s* k5 j/ k8 ^integrated system/circuit design.

1 @6 `' U+ w% yThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' Z; ]) u& Z% o1 ^" \* K, t0 S4 ]7 l4 O(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 k# b! H1 U- E" T9 a(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
