申请者应满足如下条件:
; d4 Q9 h" e- Y, _+ w# Va) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
* d: m* Z6 c) @9 p: y$ k5 b1 @b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
& d* e% ^/ V4 oe) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 c( v; p* M: ~" S. Yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' Y% H2 s% v; ?# r9 xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

( c9 n; s" B3 |, z- DThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: L& \7 P1 r* C( i5 f# k4 b(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 Y  ]) J4 i1 I$ y4 r2 {7 `6 u4 U. ]+ S(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% h  R( F. ?- b7 \6 ^1 R3 a(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
