申请者应满足如下条件:

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* w* T! F. W: P0 d) Gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

( \1 D6 F1 S# N: XThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' |8 g! k4 d& x  |8 U' h(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! X) Q/ g& ?$ ]" N% g4 {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
