c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

/ C3 L  v( Q9 SPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' I7 W- l" d7 f& Fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

; r+ T: M) O! n$ }The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. Z/ k! J: k. o- A* r3 D6 Q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# e  Z2 z2 Y3 g& R' O0 e9 i(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 ]' T- g) L+ I) L3 d. a1 M: F(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
