a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

/ L+ W% g9 p% p# p1 f7 Wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

: Z' i4 I) c) s. C* D7 Zenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
; a% ^& l" K" g  G. R$ O4 U- Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' z, ~' z  c/ Z$ z7 e; `(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
