c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

9 p& e8 M7 Z6 j" T6 [# @Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 E! j' F4 F$ Z& }enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
/ R: z; ]& k/ s6 s. \integrated system/circuit design.
$ n# |+ ]0 e- f/ X% T. u; R/ R$ i
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. t+ D4 g. ~( T0 v6 ~5 @(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
' @- }% y! K( [+ z% H: V- V(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% E7 |: E: n% N(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
