b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

) x: M. _. O0 eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 w* U4 n2 b4 I6 d! u: W* ?Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' r( \/ J4 W( ~& M8 s(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ L& ~) G0 A% j$ [(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; J2 D; K9 n* q0 a* z& ]9 q* p(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
