(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.& }3 M5 u) o4 ~' T1 @

(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
