申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

3 o! q8 Y  T$ X- X/ T, APh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
' k9 Q/ q# p! y; a2 Wenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" R8 W" K' E$ _integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 x0 R8 {- T' }; p7 Y' _2 _; @  v(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- h1 _& y1 |. y! ^$ l+ A& X, {1 Z6 _( |(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
