c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) M* |% Y  h0 I& |9 U. p5 @enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 F' h& c( _$ K$ v- rand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: M' |5 ~. R/ K, X( e  J+ W- ~' cPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
  Z; m$ z9 {8 M. {$ C; _1 k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
$ v, m& g+ ^8 d- Y/ |& w(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! h2 _; p6 R+ v3 ~# P2 M( u, r0 {7 }(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
# e/ [: o' {  ^0 }8 v# C(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
