The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 Q. J9 T) Y- C ` B; ?% s3 o* l(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.

4 w* y; F3 r8 e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
