a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ v/ g: F5 R2 ~: R9 a7 renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 K) u+ p4 R4 j" |. A4 b4 B4 w( W+ S$ Iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: {: ]9 e% T9 F+ z9 u  o9 Lintegrated system/circuit design.

* n7 o! f8 `8 v+ q* m. `  CThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
- O+ c# T; ~; `1 r7 T1 M- e(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
