a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 F, a  B3 ~, T' w% \  T* Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
3 x1 @2 U' d) _1 t6 gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
: N6 C- W8 e7 Z2 j; O(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! l3 [5 E: o- K/ R0 Q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ G; D8 R2 g2 f(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 y4 F- Q/ R; M2 f. u" k& ?# Y% G; _(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
