申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 y8 T" `, D1 T4 a- gand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- O- t8 x9 o' O* R3 v# a- X! @Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
3 V& Q/ V; d8 yintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
5 Y; d2 k9 V; i- n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
+ G$ T4 G! D! v! f" j4 H6 W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; ^( N9 j, D( L& C(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
