a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

: j9 q) k, @: t, X- C1 K1 lPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
0 A5 R. ~2 M* xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
0 [. {  U2 u$ e/ `3 \+ G+ K& I  d0 Yintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
) D9 \  W2 M$ Z; v; D(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.

Interested and highly motivated candidates are welcomed to apply. Tuition will be
