申请者应满足如下条件:
: J  r  z! D( @) R: Ia) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 J. B% `' [" Henthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 d5 \9 i3 F; m6 Uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
; Y' u4 l6 _+ Y) J. jPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

6 Y4 c! K4 p# n0 \The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
0 }% y: s1 Z' l(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' w" X# C# E" V" R) F(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
