c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

( L! e8 I3 P7 [Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' L& @5 E" u- K/ `) kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; {" c% o4 m* ?' ]$ j6 E9 P9 f6 e(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 y+ Z4 o& B- R. `' i: E(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- y! f. j9 t: \" }(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
8 I9 q0 _$ N, `4 ]1 I$ \(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
