申请者应满足如下条件:
8 J( d# O& R' h2 Ta) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
0 t- K& p5 m& Cc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
. F3 s/ `( Z& F" \$ Cd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
3 i! g: r  g& h2 }- e$ C$ Ee) 有良好团队精神

- H) N" T' v# z) x2 R# E, p9 QPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% p* p% Q/ K2 e& a& R- LPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

0 c6 u5 M# a+ ]The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 o; t' R+ E; V/ g7 ?2 Z& O% h5 }2 P, j. [(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 B# [- U$ e, `; f9 E(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
! ?1 x1 H2 T& V+ r(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
