申请者应满足如下条件:
' t9 k. _* t% Wa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
' j% b3 Y% K+ M' \( x8 M) G, n# O* dc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
+ V" e8 P7 R1 Od) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! B2 v# f. g3 Uenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 e( m! b) C4 \8 l* d9 M# A, Land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 N3 o8 h) B+ lintegrated system/circuit design.

/ V3 j  F9 R+ }% B$ g* n9 wThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
+ ?; [2 y" f# c4 J5 h1 L; B(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
