a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

1 j  Z4 W& s9 w  _! @Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
% C, X1 @8 a, d$ O% m, h$ ZPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

$ ^) l/ }! _4 |* K! Y, NThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 {1 A1 o+ q) {* k$ H* X(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
/ q  m5 o( x7 h* c0 n(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
& y3 g$ z0 \! o" P! o(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
