a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ f0 r' e( J% g+ J: J' ]enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) g7 b3 o" c; x( y2 M. Ointegrated system/circuit design.

4 E. s( u. S% OThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 s8 E( A' w' D7 S2 w" L9 y) A(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ Z# P- T: }; I' \7 J. i(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
