申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

9 w3 S  \, c4 r3 _5 }c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

) t- H) |% h6 Y3 o4 M* h( ~3 henthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
& u+ P8 k  d8 wand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 L. v: {6 m* j0 ]( \' \. dPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( I1 \+ E" `1 K(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
5 D& a6 I! e1 o, M) G# s1 B(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  h) R% R5 g4 \6 T# J$ T(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
" m7 j( n) K( j6 I7 u+ w(e) A good team work player.
