a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

! [& v* _0 f+ g+ {( v4 ~Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% R& m6 H9 D3 I4 c! K3 {0 A5 E1 B0 I5 Fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
; v5 B6 ~" w2 t" }# _# D! O
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
2 x+ H+ U) H/ g  C* |(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: N  ]" h4 K; t(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
