b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 k) c( p" U: m2 x- Genthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 t5 j. c% K& r# e- j0 Kand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) l) Y* Q- _6 \  |6 c" lintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
$ z4 i6 x+ A9 t( d4 s7 _1 Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
7 w1 J2 B  G* v7 ](c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
& z% J0 \. T/ Z& |, a(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
