: |4 U$ X& u6 B0 [: ua) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
! X$ X  H2 f$ Q+ X$ N$ Jc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

  a) V1 K$ x! \. J: f) f: R3 EPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" W% o* c  l# W3 e' n9 N" t& Jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 l" R9 ~: f9 hPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
+ M; _7 e; R3 y$ V6 ~7 l$ O
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
% p6 S$ b) T7 y7 S6 ](c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
! H; l' D7 r8 B8 X" l& B2 x(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) q+ K8 B8 I0 j. L6 ~0 r(e) A good team work player.
