Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.

integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:2 S# U) \5 C5 U9 ]
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
" o, m, _2 ], { V% C(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 i% V8 E/ a0 k4 ]( i5 r# x- L5 S(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ U4 v9 d3 R- a) c9 V% a(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.6 v5 p4 l/ [2 k8 W; Z9 V8 x
