申请者应满足如下条件:
0 I' T2 Q( m  F( `: T$ A% T, Ya) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
1 ]$ H% J: x: b1 T, M& D* G& wb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 t4 f. C, ?$ n. _2 ^7 Dd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

- Z; w; p, z* t# s5 ]Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* _/ ~7 \5 D- c0 Q' i+ W9 band circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 S$ b  F2 P' R6 ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- B' K7 `- a# s( {4 K(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
