a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

, ]/ Q1 G/ E- z! ~d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

# s; M/ Y# S* \$ T3 r2 V( |enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 y8 m7 a. D9 NPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
# b# t* ]" d5 }" h6 F: v1 B. Aintegrated system/circuit design.

2 F8 x: F$ |3 Z0 z: o: ]; gThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* D+ S  _9 r$ x' Z4 R) T(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' K2 ~" K0 R0 j' Q(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
