a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
" s) w& G; P! ac) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

( ~; G$ T! y. n1 yPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 X: R) _& Q: V) T2 Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 A$ R5 c; S$ u7 ]. A- n* r6 ^integrated system/circuit design.

, O) W! W9 Y/ T+ j; a5 K8 l6 SThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% f9 g1 b2 k# M. _(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 z0 Y' @* l) v8 v- e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
% A6 C- c; j3 A% d( P(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
