申请者应满足如下条件:
# K6 t$ P! `7 m% T3 w* La) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
* [" T4 k" T7 T' r) pb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
( s6 q+ f+ W& U) j% U" td) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
. }# }# B4 ]3 a. l- qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' I, m3 T/ s3 i" i" [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 _" v  q# @+ _) a5 s(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: j' @$ Z. U/ p7 A  {1 {8 o' a(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
9 U; _; L& ]% @9 U% w* s(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
