申请者应满足如下条件:
/ H/ k$ f& \$ i  D4 K% `a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

; q; }! ^, v. w4 u6 xPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
+ K9 T7 {$ m# V+ G+ A) \+ z% |Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
2 N, J( [; H2 A: C1 w! w$ Sintegrated system/circuit design.
" u  ?  r8 E6 P! t2 G
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! x* B' N' ?: v+ T: W(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- M) o; }3 B- X7 t" Q(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
