a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

# ~6 h8 V" Q8 _( q; t% Ec) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  j7 K* a8 ]# Q2 A" oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
; [- ]7 n& i0 A' A2 U
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
6 m" d$ ~! T9 u9 ^(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; W) z6 ~2 `% i0 ~(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
6 D6 C' Q: V. _1 q: R(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
