a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
  p: m( M% V- u  e7 Z3 m0 Fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' p5 L4 a% e! o  ~- P" iPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
4 ]( m7 C% Q0 M' p- ?' pintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
: H/ L: v& S. f6 w. E(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
