a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

5 D. z& _6 m  `, s4 @c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) w! A( k( W, D( j2 a/ L) Yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- c- w& k/ u, u2 i3 x/ f4 E  D- MPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
: F, E1 a- r/ Z1 Hintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 l; g& E. c# S(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
& R) |$ \; V1 c3 D: x* U(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 n" _6 ]0 W: S' E4 v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ `( F0 f; x6 E$ o3 B(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
