b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 v1 n6 P+ C# T& h1 xenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
( f9 D2 n2 h0 ^! L  I0 a( O& y5 Y+ m3 Q9 Fand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
' x1 B* M4 f' A) ?' S3 gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

$ y8 b- c# H/ G# h: P/ k8 U  U% _( EThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* @# E5 c- i# C(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ q6 i! ?" j8 _3 ?& T(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
