研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
- ~+ r- _1 O, z( y# \: wc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
6 b/ Q# q7 t3 n0 menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 l; V- ~9 T4 o0 \& }! L2 B" tintegrated system/circuit design.

' y! v: a% A/ {# p, y8 `(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. S4 o" ~% i9 A: S$ C& B(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 ?" c4 Y' c3 _( ^6 m3 n0 c(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
7 x+ u( F7 k8 l" U" h: O(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
