c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
6 K4 ?, Z" N3 U: z9 Zd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

3 G! ^5 z: ?6 v; J* ePh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
7 L2 V& p% `# f! V& p  _8 y0 ZPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
- ^+ V' @5 t: ~% f- z+ r& }integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% _' k6 @; c( W' C: A3 I4 a1 Q2 m/ Q! j(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
" |: N9 N' O5 S# ^! I(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
* ?) V3 h& N7 ~  V8 E$ b" ?, A(e) A good team work player.
