申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

+ b# t" u. d3 g7 Yc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
$ b0 k" J8 e3 N! s" ^2 denthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
: h$ P/ C9 V7 {, kPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
* o' M5 O' ]( w* N3 h& V(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 t6 E9 C9 F+ x6 e6 g! w0 T(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
& t1 A! |) q1 c7 ]% H(e) A good team work player.
