c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
) C. ?2 I0 e7 t5 c- k* F: @. Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
* V$ h7 o( }  D9 d+ a(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( U3 }$ M# f1 @5 p  Y6 X' [(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
- k1 J% ~+ A" t(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
