申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
& A6 q$ q1 h1 t; Cb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
3 I6 E8 C; [2 K8 cd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 q, `) V" L. `! ^* q# v5 V& sand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
+ e  ?$ d" s" o- `7 EPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 c9 x3 j$ B6 N7 O0 l1 Eintegrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
