a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

$ o) ?9 x. [7 ]7 `5 V5 u  z# Iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# c  Q8 @. x! q% x! I! }) X; sPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital

+ W0 i; u/ [$ r+ K(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
