申请者应满足如下条件:
  l; B! m. e. P0 Y% s6 `% ra) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
$ X) g, b1 Q8 w3 y, rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
8 z. ^- s6 J7 [: eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
6 [) o4 F/ f$ ?7 `+ Y- xPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' u( r, z5 `5 N+ V" _5 gintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
1 j; n0 Q! ~. i4 r4 z  Y! D' F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; C8 R1 r0 u8 V/ b) d(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
