a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" l0 X7 t3 b+ l" H5 H4 \5 S/ menthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
) U* B+ ~5 [9 g6 Iintegrated system/circuit design.

0 ~# r/ V- }4 v. s3 S+ Y6 O0 X" A* yThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 f- B% j. M& ?+ a# l1 a1 c(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
