c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

5 E+ x# @! D; ]1 E; A( XPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
/ `0 R1 c! ]3 @) vand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
  U8 }# D- i, H1 P& |Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
& M. ]1 U% i, D: @5 A
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
2 G7 D& I# Q/ }- B(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 D7 `) c3 i' _/ S, n$ g# s(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
) I- J( }! M/ {(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
* T& v9 k# m4 x) O(e) A good team work player.
