申请者应满足如下条件:
3 f) l, S; g& E2 r3 Wa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
! P7 a# B2 Q6 D. Tc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

) r; p, ^) H; N* k$ M% t8 G2 kPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) z$ G! l  C2 X8 J( D( Z% _9 xand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
( U( E: T3 U5 O5 ^Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
6 h* ?3 g+ R0 H8 i/ ?integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  d7 c/ |2 ]+ |) A(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
/ R0 s, r( L6 N& v, e' Q  _(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
