研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
: H$ O; I7 M3 f- Q: Da) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
+ C# r4 l& L3 E! B* l, S7 t% Kb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
! N7 ]: f+ D& }0 v9 lc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
( x  S$ j$ D+ H1 R% k" ?d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
  P- A3 B% i1 {* ]/ x: S9 Y0 tand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. o) V+ r* E$ |(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
5 J4 \* O. ~# J(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
