申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。

" ?- m& C2 K' o7 v( n) Ac) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

) X. I) ^! @2 U- wPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
  v8 g! ]8 k) Ienthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
) {$ z  [' j& _  A
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! _5 S  z9 o: i  G3 y, S7 x9 O(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
$ Y4 m* e/ z, P0 @$ a(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
) T! w. w( H" N1 t  R9 v+ ~(e) A good team work player.
