c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
4 b" F6 M$ k8 u) O9 P- oand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
8 p# Z' X* P: e: r, f; j/ cPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

0 ?) Z( L$ D8 G+ Q4 `  R* n& ]  ^, n* i7 zThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
4 `+ d% x2 F! p4 u; d9 j4 `+ z(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
