Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; e0 i. l" n, b9 ?enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems % ~6 R3 l' X p# t
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:( @+ g; m0 v+ N: H3 m- y U M
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.7 i, T+ Q L8 u3 ?# G* J
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.% s3 `8 x! ~+ W I8 P' _4 ?
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
! D& P6 l$ |1 p, v: e' j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
