* d* m' N' i: x7 ma) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
  F, ]( h& b$ Z4 _- e/ s) M  ^% `d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

我们欢迎有兴趣和意向者提出申请，对录取者提供全额奖学金。申请者需准备一份详细完整

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
2 d9 P: n) h  \' n* g$ j  benthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
0 G" g5 E& e6 X% `0 n# CPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) P, Q. {" |: p% x/ |3 O( ^0 S- \8 ZThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
2 Y/ `7 i! u9 W  w) a" [(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 n! \5 t' e/ {9 |6 F( o% _(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
