申请者应满足如下条件:
( D, r% Y+ P' D" O' ka) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
$ G( R% j3 X4 x$ D$ T+ a  h7 p8 q! Y2 i3 {d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
( O4 D% U0 A) w- ^9 V, a# n% k(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
3 y! _  F% T' ^' E- n( X(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
, m1 R! F6 A/ _  m2 [# h3 ^(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
