申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

& e. c6 Y; w8 H) [% ^1 `* Q8 Renthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
. }9 u; d' Z5 a: Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
; M# b+ k7 |, l) ZPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

+ F# `4 w; [) s4 ?The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
8 }- E% w1 P, L: t(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
