研究领域： 超大规模集成电路(VLSI)计算机辅助设计，模拟及数字集成电路/系统设计

申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
; C0 @' C4 N+ g: Fb) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
. I$ ~  ?8 T% O9 t/ gd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

0 I0 p- ]! J) b2 V' S1 yenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
# j% ]$ l! d. D- [Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
& P2 p- J7 J+ ?7 |1 ointegrated system/circuit design.

8 c1 l8 g% Z' s" ?, aThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ V; J2 P) y+ r6 f(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
9 I! R% [0 X' V5 t) M(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
