申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 h0 j( X5 p, t, T5 centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
- a/ r$ Z7 h. a7 Uand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 E0 ^+ V* q  R  q/ qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

1 ~% {" F% g0 R7 w, d) w7 TThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
6 }' L, ?+ f. p# p1 d- n& {1 B(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
! I6 J9 H' J2 W/ n) u(e) A good team work player.
