申请者应满足如下条件:

$ j, Q- K1 a+ y) S4 i& bc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
0 P6 c' z3 p2 D. p( o6 U' Mand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& R9 `: b' |' k1 ^4 o7 r% OPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
7 X! u& D9 S9 Z' f: cintegrated system/circuit design.

% m4 W3 [8 I& ^The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
/ }! I. a* u! k1 f( I9 }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
' Q' j- U, s# z7 x(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
