c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
) T* n  z, T; D# D3 L" r4 Yd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

4 }' n" b  V# |- X7 tPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
8 ~; Y. O  T1 t) tenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! o' k! v2 m7 F7 a, Iand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

, u1 w5 a9 |5 ?+ LThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 z- W! _5 @% {(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
5 Q$ Z' f$ u/ R3 u' D7 C! u: b  ]' M(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
