爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?

最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?

现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?# e, l$ s( S9 o  [4 t% Y
. D( x; G% d: T6 v9 y2 t+ G
短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.5 A+ i3 _* f' Z# E4 U

. n, K( Y# X3 G0 x+ J% @4 ]8 G! ]9 B) iThe house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。( O$ }( v8 C- _& P; E
只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。. \- C  I& d6 O1 A4 L- B5 N2 f
如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。( Q: p  j0 U- Q' A9 F# N1 y

/ F% S# u/ B7 g* U( I7 b不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。

People can wait to buy houses when the prices keep dropping. No need to rush now.

the mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

/ y2 P% t+ U! U) E* KI moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

0 _! e! t9 ?; t; F+ a  A非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
