爱城的房价，想房的该高兴了8

是想看更低价格，还是等回到2年前的价格？

/ P$ H; [( S/ a# u  I) C最近的帖子很有趣，有人看到房价跌，验证了他们的想法，所以兴高采烈。也有人（有不少近1，2年来的）看到高房价，没能及时买房，就抱怨爱城什么都不好，。。。。。。更有甚者，油价一跌，爱城就玩玩了；资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前，爱城不也是一天发展吗？

现在地区经济这么好，捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪！

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.

( L4 @6 \: W+ Y$ V0 \# @; oThe house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.

爱城以前吸引人来是因为，房子便宜，工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。
) d2 h5 r  d! P. I只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友，最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。
$ l+ s3 z4 M3 P+ ~如果石油经济只能让少数人获利，那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。

4 e* ]% S' q. i) [. O* T& h不过有一句话，你说对了，就是趁着好时候，能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然，过后又要后悔了。

Actually I bought a house a few years ago, and just sold this year. Don't want to become a house slave for a half million dollar ordinary home.
