the fact that the university housing has no more space for newcomers

increased by something more than 70% percent we are getting paid " ?8 j) ^6 `7 L& X$ ?
exactly for the same amount of money that we were offered in our % r! g8 g* U7 V) ]8 c! t
admission letter (18000 CAD + 1500 CAD for international students & R4 ^. |7 e1 r$ {/ b
=19500CAD. What I get is something around 1000CAD/month!!! after & j/ }4 S& A4 O. { s
tuition fee and taxes). To make the argument easy to understand just

us) has to pay twice as much as I was paying for housing when I was 4 C+ T! D) v6 c
admitted and has to incur at least 70% more in average living costs.

especially international students. Isn抰 it time for the GSA to take
( W' o- ?0 y* E( J, { , w# y1 b' C0 M
initiative in raising the issue of increasing financial aid for ! `0 K' g* ~7 }. h7 K0 b' P ^# m
graduate students so that the can afford this increase in costs?
