Member Relations Coordinator

Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
$ V) y2 u/ T: h6 _8 C2 a¨
! W  }/ x8 G8 T! N4 I/ _+ sAssist in the recruitment and development of new members

, B" k# A* Y6 [5 K, R3 C! MCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback

2 t( V- ?9 P1 G" qEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships

Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff

! B  x% C  f# J- A: f* iAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:

Marketing/Sales experience or interest

Strong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

* S0 w+ w8 p3 W9 ~4 h9 ~Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

First Aid and CPR certification

Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
