& _, I5 O* q( H' }. B5 H$ ZDevelop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
# F: {$ T8 U  q3 O1 @Communicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
( d2 J, K% x. }9 b# bEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships
¨
Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff
¨
Administrative and clerical duties related to program delivery
¨
Role model customer service excellence at all times

! y! K) L0 l- C/ ]2 H% aMarketing/Sales experience or interest

: j6 U& G8 ?5 X+ H8 Y, j3 y  mStrong communication, writing and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS

5 V5 r7 `% J7 M$ U) w0 o3 |9 PSkilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

First Aid and CPR certification
