An Alberta woman has been charged with stealing thousands of dollars from a small town in Saskatchewan.: e P/ N, V) Q) y* N f

According to the RCMP, the 26-year-old woman from Strathmore, Alta., faces 12 charges including fraud, theft and false pretences.

The RCMP began investigating following a complaint that money was missing from the town of Kyle.6 g' h2 C. Y4 f6 U8 J1 D& M( O% Y
# S8 Y) I+ ]' K4 D7 LIt was learned that about $18,000 was missing, the RCMP said.; q p; r" B$ l) Q" U

The woman is scheduled to be in provincial court in Swift Current, Sask., on July 25.
