JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- # C1 B) K J* w5 r5 Z; C
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
5 x. c2 v+ O* A3 S5 h' z' pSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; J6 @+ J# G$ L5 t
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 w" _* L1 k) @/ g! o1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
% C/ w3 k5 _' R; K8 |* Y# X) ?of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
3 I% N& _$ U( A8 r1 A6 |+ }9 `, M
8 y4 V0 z- c( _' e9 M2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; W4 v y$ i& w5 M% F2 k* [' T$ Nprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 V1 K& |# C G
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
% i$ l+ H y1 okeeping appropriate and accurate records.

( }8 n* j5 A! D" B5 L9 i2 L4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
" b' H! M% d0 w0 \2 Vfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:' z2 u' s2 k- U$ a
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( j( I7 y- R! s$ ]3 L
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication - G# t. @2 Q( [1 t, ~
skills. q" _! O6 ~+ \% |5 ` T* n( P/ M
q. S- D& H9 k4 z! ]3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful." t6 ]8 W/ J8 l6 q* A2 H# R
