Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

! ^8 m9 H" b& y4 l" I6 s, }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ X: R0 |9 a# B6 R6 f; r% H; G1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' w5 f9 z$ l7 s# C* U# r! ?of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
+ j7 `; U& I0 d- t- k& F0 N
( e/ G" m2 {1 u6 \" a2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ) K. w9 t6 d. R9 U! Y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.: [% x. T* L8 ~$ B; r* C# i
2 C# W0 p! {# Y; Q8 K$ Y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , I+ d+ P5 C6 ?3 u# |# x: A
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

$ A' g( C5 @$ O2 E4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
* p- |9 Y$ q2 k9 yfailures to the Operations Manager.! q( J: [' ^; i; C. ^7 A$ M
4 a* U3 p* a5 F3 e* y- T8 k5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, & `, r4 e7 z& v1 D3 `$ G7 y: g5 w
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.- [! ^0 @/ W$ m# ^7 b6 N

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
