JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 6 I7 n+ R8 ?8 Q+ p. R
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
4 X, j% a/ w5 k" U) W1 DSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
/ d7 a" l: t( [5 U3 gof Course Pack production./ M2 U/ o' U# V E5 R# Z! g

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 E7 \3 ]# Q* Q; q$ A7 q) S
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
. {6 C% l$ _9 s6 ~of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
) w4 H% Z! R T: F, c7 b* I& {0 A, \) C" O
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
$ g. R' F1 ^/ t b/ mprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.5 q' |. l" q% v! b. R. H3 ^( d
l- ]" V* R' S8 Y/ g! V3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , B/ Y6 _; r3 J5 u
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: k& m: q- a5 Wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.( t0 i' D& B( O1 j8 E2 R1 H+ w( Y! K
' B9 D& p/ l: Y
4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
" t; N7 t4 o0 x1 p9 K! u& tfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 2 J9 M3 }8 n- S4 W2 S+ [
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:% k" [' S- Q; N+ ^% @) E' g
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.' Q3 S3 g# b, Z1 s3 t/ z2 @( p" T
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 8 z y) }4 I) N U
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.2 t- ~$ \6 E+ I7 M& ]! z) M

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
